Being a subcontractor for KBR (Kellogg, Brown and Root Services), Yüksel completed the following facilities: 61,000 m2 complex including a new office building (4,303 m2), Marine barracks (984 m2), generator and air-conditioning building (930 m2), water pump house (27 m2), water tank (381 m2) main entrance (208 m2), service entrance (384 m2), pedestrian entrance (81 m2) and a 700-meter security wall. The project also included 16,000 m2 of accommodations for diplomatic personnel with 146 flats, 135 of which were standard, 9 handicap accessible and 2 VIP suites.
