This project was executed in Kemer, one of the top destinations for domestic and foreign tourists on the Turkish Riviera. It consists of three main sections: Port Superstructure Facilities, Construction of the Hotel Management Training Center and Landscaping works. The port superstructure, having a total construction area of 4,100 m2 consists of a yachting club, snack bar, administrative building, outdoor cafes, workshops, tower, depot and transformer buildings, social facilities for yacht workers, supermarket, swimming pool, tennis courts and stands, as well as souvenir shops. The scope of the work includes all mechanical and electrical installations. Construction of the 60-room 4-star hotel with a total area of 13,200 m2 includes units such as a restaurant, snack bar, terrace bar and club. The learning center built to train hotel managers and service personnel includes a dormitory, classrooms, training kitchen, conference room and other educational facilities.
