The investor of Mbamou Palace Hotel is Government of the Republic of Congo. The gross construction area of the building is approximately 21,000 sqm. and structural & façade cladding activities have previously been completed to a certain extent. Yüksel takes the responsibility of not only converting the existing facility to a five-star hotel complex but also performing design studies, finishing works, mechanical-electrical installations, interior design and landscape activities.
