The scope of works for The New Embassy (embassy building, ambasador’s residence and residences) of the Republic of Turkey in Doha includes the construction of new embassy building, Ambassador’s residence, servants’ quarter, substations and service buildings having 7,262 m2 of total construction area. Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of all electro-mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems as well as landscaping works are also included the contract.
