Work is underway on the Ordu Ring Road Project being carried out by the Nurol - Yüksel - Özka - YDA Partnership. Significant progress has been made on the viaducts and tunnels, which comprise the most important parts of the project.

Initiated on 20 March 2012, the Ordu Ring Road Project was developed to complement the Blacksea Coast Road in order to alleviate the traffic in the Ordu city center. Moving along as per the project timeline, the road is being built according to the route changed in 2014, and will now be a total of 21.4 km instead of the original

19.1km, at a width of 26 m and have 2x2 lanes. There are 7 viaducts at a total of 3,105m, 6 single tube tunnels that are 18,759m long, and 6 intersections, of which 3 have bridges on the Ordu Ring Road. Since the first day of the project, 11,201 meters of single tube tunnel excavation has been completed, with a 7,033 m section of the arch coated with cement, all despite extremely challenging ground conditions.

Moreover, the Civil Viaduct, which is 785m long is nearing completion.

Various art, soil and production related work is still underway for the project worth TRY 409 million, 78.4% which has been accomplished.
