This project, which has a total construction area of 126,570 m2, was implemented by Yüksel in 3 seperate contracts to provide a world-class studios and technical broadcast quality to the Turkish Radio and Television Agency (TRT). Constructed on a 52-hectare property in Ankara, the TRT General Directorate Facilities include the 14-storey General Directorate building with a construction area of 47,074 m2. The facility also includes the following units: foreign broadcast studios, training center, TV studio center, TV continuity studios, preschool, medical-social facilities, printing building, heating station, central system infrastructure, archives, library, research and manufacturing buildings and antenna equipment. Within the scope of the contract, a facility belonging to Turkey's largest radio and television organization was executed as well as infrastructure work, such as landscaping, roads, sewer systems and electro-mechanical work.
