Living WallThe contract includes the construction of a raft foundation for 6 each multi-storey blocks and 6,000 m2 of waffle slab. Approximately 38,500 m3 of concrete pouring and 2,670 tons of re-bar installation works were carried out within the scope of this contract.

Restoration of Çırağan Palace & Çırağan Hotel / İstanbul, Hotel Kempinski / İstanbul, Swiss Hotel Bosporus / İstanbul, Hyatt Regency Hotel / İstanbul and St. Sophia Hyatt Regency Hotel / Kiev are only some examples of many five star hotels that were accomplished by Yüksel successfully under turnkey contract scheme.
