This unique complex was built in Levent on 24,000 m2 land area. This project was executed as one of Yüksel’s investment projects. It consists of a total construction area of 210,200 m2, including a 23-storey 16,500 m2 office block, two 27-storey residential blocks having an area of 46,700 m2, a 52,000 m2 shopping center and 85,000 m2 social facilities as well as parking lots.
The Metrocity Project consists of five main sections. The first section is Metrocity Millennium, two 27-storey residential towers. Each tower has 4 high-speed elevators, a generator system, central heating and cooling with a VRV system, security and ready-to-use internet. In addition to 24-hour doctor and ambulance services for the residents in these flats varying in size from 121 to 370 square meters, opportunities to engage in all types of sports activities have been provided.
The other sections of the complex contain a 23-storey office tower with a total of 16,500 square meters, social facilities, a 52,000 m2 shopping center and parking for 2,200 vehicles. Residents have a direct elevator connection from the Metrocity Millennium lobby to the parking lot, where there is a special floor reserved for them with capacity for 450 vehicles.
