Almaty Financial Center Block Projects A, B, C, DThe Almaty Financial Center undertaken by a partnership led by Yüksel İnşaat, is composed of 4 buildings having 160,000 m2 of gross construction area with 9 floors each including 2 underground floors. The scope of contract, on the other hand, includes the structural works, facade coverings, finishings of common and technical areas, electromechanical systems as well as site granite covering.

Restoration of Çırağan Palace & Çırağan Hotel / İstanbul, Hotel Kempinski / İstanbul, Swiss Hotel Bosporus / İstanbul, Hyatt Regency Hotel / İstanbul and St. Sophia Hyatt Regency Hotel / Kiev are only some examples of many five star hotels that were accomplished by Yüksel successfully under turnkey contract scheme.
