The Mass Housing Administration of Turkey (TOKI) issued a tender for the 2nd phase of the Ankara Gölbaşı Incek Housing Project. The project covers the construction of 1,585 housing units, a recreational facility, a primary school with 32 classrooms, a mosque, gym, commercial center, 3 cafeterias, and infrastructure and landscaping works, carried out by the YDA – Yüksel Partnership. 1,585 housing units, 25 parking lots, a recreational facility, primary school with 32 classrooms, mosque, gym, trade center, and 3 cafeterias will be built in line with the scope of the project, which is a modern building complex with 35 residential blocks of 6 different types consisting of either 2B+Ground+14 floors or 3B+Ground+25 floors above ground level. The total land area is 152,674 m2, and the construction area is 430,187 m2.
The provisional acceptance of the construction of one of TOKI’s largest projects is obtained, and delivery of units will start as of May 2018. This TOKI project is adorned with social facilities and green spaces.
