Yüksel İnşaat’s Muratlı-TBMM 85th Anniversary National Sovereignty Dam and HEPP project is, like the Borçka Dam and HEPP contract, located in the Black Sea region. Constructed on the Çoruh River 44 kilometers from Artvin, the Muratlı Dam and HEPP is a rock-fill dam having an asphalt coated front face. Designed to generate 442 GWh of electricity per year, the Dam has a crest length of 438 m, crest height of 44 m (from the foundation level) and installed capacity of 2x57,5=115 MW while the total fill for the dam body is 1.981.000 m3.
