US Army Corps of Engineers of the US Government is the client of the Completion of Construction of a new National Police Command Center (NPCC) Phase 2 Project of the Ministry of Interior (MOI) Afghan National Police (ANP). The project, located in Kabul, includes the design verification, material, labor, and equipment supply works to complete the construction of buildings, parking, utilities, grading and other infrastructure works for a population of approximately 5,500 personnel. The project has a completion duration of 450 days and Yuksel undertakes the contract as a prime contractor.
