This 13-storey building, including the basement and ground floors, was constructed on a 2,040 m2 land area opposite to the Turkish Grand National Assembly in Ankara with a total construction area of 14,000 m2. The excavation for the foundation of this building was carried out 18 meters below the street level with the help of a retaining wall structure fixed in place by lateral anchorage system.
