The Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE) is where the pulse of the Turkish economy is measured and this project has provided it with a brand new building that combines modern technology with beauty. Located beside the Istanbul Technical University Campus, the building has 27,600 m2 of indoor space, 88,000 m2 of land area, and equipped with the state-of-the-art technology.
The ISE building consists of seven main sections: presidential department, offices for brokerages, administrative offices, processing rooms, main custody center, art gallery, conference room, cafeteria, restaurant and plaza. In terms of both the quality of the building and the landscaping, the ISE project is one of the most unique buildings in Istanbul. Within the scope of an additional contract, a social facility extension having 2,500 m2 construction area and consisting of an outdoor swimming pool, a semi-olympic indoor swimming pool, cafeteria, equipped aerobic gymnastic salon, sauna, squash court was also constructed by Yüksel.
