The Sarıgüzel Dam and HEPP, being one of the Kandil Power Group Projects, is located in the Upper Ceyhan basin upstream of the Menzelet Dam on the Ceyhan River in Kahramanmaraş. The dam is sand/gravel-fill type with concrete covered front face having the installed capacity of 100 MW and annual energy generation of 256,5 GWh.
