Tat Center was designed as a shopping center with floors for office space on three plots with the total construction area of 132,300 m2. Yüksel carried out the structural works of the following buildings having the construction area of: 2,300 m2 with 3 basement floors and 7 aboveground floors in 1st plot area; 28,000 m2 with 2 basement floors and 21 aboveground floors in 2nd plot and 102,000 m2 with 8 basement floors and 24 aboveground floors in 3rd plot .
