21 May 2013 - Yuksel Insaat Increased Its Capital To TL 300 Million

Yuksel Insaat A.S. increased its capital from TL 250 million to TL 300 million. Between 4Q 2012 and 1Q 2013, TL 36 mio has been  paid by cash injection from Yüksel Holding A.Ş. and the Shareholders; remaining TL 14 mio will be paid during 2013. The purpose of this capital increase was to fund Yuksel’s portion of equity to Gebze-Izmır Motorway Project.
