The First Carbon-Neutral Athletics Meetings of Europe

Yılmaz Sazak Athletics Meetings is referred as the first carbonneutral athletics competition of Europe, with carbonneutral event application having started last year for the first time. In last year’s event, carbon footprint, which was neutralized with Mamak Solid Waste Landfill Site and Recycling Facility, is again neutralized with Çanakkale-Burgaz Wind Farm Project having the certificate of Gold Standard, once again with a collaboration of Myclimate Turkey.
